Together they create a paradox. Each clean and pure but non functional. A shining new tap attached to a brilliant blue water container. Western cargo with life giving potential but not joined up.
Access to clean water is a life sustaining necessity denied to one third of the worlds population. This percentage is growing, resulting in conflict and the decline of habitats able to support sustainable agriculture.
