A shoal of toxic fish used as a projection that flickers on and of, as if a switch is faulty. Design to be projected onto the side of a building in the darkness of night. A fish warehouse, Billingsgate, the Houses of Parliament, nervously gasping flashes of light, darting fish, shadows, gone.
The five fish no longer feeding the masses.
